Avi Vinyl has a state-of-the-art in-house R&D laboratory, highlighting our commitment to quality and constant development to meet and surpass customer requirements and expectations. The laboratory is well equipped for conducting the relevant tests on every roll manufactured on the calender, before and after the slitting stage. The PVC Film is tested for impact strength, gloss, transparency, thickness variation, colour and tone consistency and other chemical and analytical tests, using state-of-the-art
state-of-the-art equipment installed in the laboratory. The quality control in the lab forms the backbone of our plant and ensures only the best quality material leaves the factory and any discrepancy in customer requirements is caught at the right time and the material is rejected in-house before causing problems at the customer's end. In addition to mere testing of finished goods, Avi Vinyl is committed to carrying out continuous R&D in its endeavour to develop new and improved grades of PVC Film to offer most efficiently performing products to our customers.
In this sense, we attempt to be proactive rather than merely reactive to customer needs. We are consistently in touch with additive and other raw materials suppliers to test their product performance and dosage to develop the grade best suited to even individual customers as per their specific requirements. |
